How to measure. Drop the two ⊕ markers on the horizontal limbus edges (iris/sclera border) of one eye. That sets mm/px. Click a row to draw its caliper on the face — in both 2D and 3D.
What to trust. Tier 1 sits in the iris plane, so its scale is honest. Tier 3 either leaves the plane (nose, depth) or depends on point convention — verify against the index overlay. Above ~8° head rotation, horizontal/vertical lengths foreshorten. Ratios and canons need no scale and are sturdier than absolute mm. In 3D, depth (Z) is estimated by the model from a single image — treat front-plane geometry as solid and depth as indicative.
